Abstract

The presence of good Quality of work life (QWL) in any organization, generate positive outcomes. Researchers already have done many studies on QWL.But this study is vary from existing literature because in this study we tried to focus on the major problems (QWL related) which is faced by the academicians of technical institutions in Allahabad. The aim of the study was to find out the perceived QWL status of respondents. The sample consists of 100academicians from various Private technical educational institutions in Allahabad.Allahabad is a district of Uttar Pradesh state of India and here 14Private technical educational institutions are currently running. But in the recent days we have seen that the job satisfaction level of the academicians is continuously going down while there interested area for job is teaching. And job satisfaction is directly related with the work life.
