Abstract

Relationship existing within an organization in the form of dyadic or any other interpersonal forms of association cannot be taken to be a smooth affair. Be it an industry employing a large number of people having affiliation to government or non-government, or organizations of public, private organizations, non-profit organizations etc. to a mediocre firm formed with only two or three staff managing the whole affairs of such organizations, the relationship that prevail officially among the members in these organizations is less appreciable. The need for clarity in relationship to prevail in all types of organization has come under rigorous study for furtherance of attaining the objectives of the organization. Seldom one can find congenial atmosphere to prevail within the given constraints in any of the above organizations, on its own. Interpersonal relationship to bring out congenial atmosphere in organizations is dependent on various factors.
