Hotels are bent pummeled by the economy, and the Hospitality Industry is suffering in every part of the globe and has become an integral reality. Also, in the current climate, most hotel experts are expecting that the RevPAR(Revenue per Available Room) is dropping as far as 11 percent perhaps and even more. And with the fact that the Occupancy rates have been times low is contemporary way a not a good news for the Hospitality Businesses. In such a climate, the Hotel Managers are competing on the rates, but this only creates a downward spiral of the price competitiveness, and pain for the long term growth and the sustainability of the hotels and until the economy bounces back in the area where there is no Recession and calamity.
