Log On to E-learning and online load on learners were found to be high-ranking. The study also revealed that only 35.2% learners discovered online classes as effective as face-to-face classes. The delivery of online learning by professors and digital skills of learners were found lacking. A questionnaire comprising 20 Likert-type items containing four dimensions, viz. access, digital literacy and e- readiness, usage of mobile applications for various aspects. The geographical extent of the examination is restricted to National Capital District of Delhi which has superior technology smartphone entrance and web access when contrasted with different states in India.
