AN ANALYSIS OF THE CHALLENGES FACED BY ENTREPRENEURS

Abstract

An entrepreneur is a person who crafts out a new innovative business, taking a lot of risks and benefiting the most. The entrepreneur is considered as an innovator of a business idea, who has all the skills and stimulation to inaugurate a business or an enterprise of his own. Entrepreneurs play an important role in making the economy of the country well, as the business model is made in such a way that people of the nation are benefitted by their services and also a lot of employees get jobs once a new business starts. The best part about entrepreneurs is that they understand the pain points, and make an innovative business out of it so that people can be rewarded. Today, the number of entrepreneurs is increasing every day but the sad part is, that about 66% of them fail because of lot challenges faced by them like hiring employees, time management, where to invest, what to sell, marketing strategies, capital, finding target customers, high competition, etc.
