The dispassionate of the case study is to grasping about all the issues materialize in construction because of unsuitable application of material management. In construction project operation, often there is a project cost variance in terms of the material, equipment, work force, apprentices, overhead cost, and general condition.Material is the main constituent in construction projects. Therefore, if the material management is not perfectly managed, it will manufacture especially from prepared components a project cost variance. Project cost can be super intended by taking counter balancing actions towards the cost variance.
