Abstract

Oxidative stress is characterized as a state in which the level of harmful receptive oxygen intermediates (ROI) overcomes the endogenous cancer prevention agent safeguards of the host. Dangerous responsive oxygen intermediates (ROI) are created by phagocytic cells following injury and inflammation of tissues as a mechanism to execute attacking microorganism. At the point when inflammation winds up systemic as in inflammatory reaction syndrome there is loss of control of ROI creation prompting non discriminant injury of tissues and organs in the host. Oxidative stress has been appeared to cause secondary damage through deferred cell death and inflammation. Along these lines, limiting oxidative stress may avoid cell death, diminish inflammation, and keep some dreariness and mortality.
