ATTITUDE TOWARDS EDOCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN RELATION TO THEIR TYPES OF SCHOOL & LOCALITY

Abstract

Urban teachers are seen to with positive attitude in administrative works of the school and themselves as an integral part of school management .Teachers whose age is above 30 years are better than the attitude of educational administration The term "administration" is derived from ' ministic ' which means service rendered to others for their welfare i.e duties of ministers for welfare of the nation. Administration, also referred to as business administration is the management of an office , business ,or organization .It involves the efficient organization of people , information and other resources to achieve organizational objects Information is key to business, operation, and people are the resources who make use of information to add value to an organization. This means that companies To study the attitude towards educational administration among local and types of school teachers. In the present study, school teachers were select by stratified incidental sampling technique. In the study “Attitude towards educational administration "developed by Dr. T. R . Sharma has been used. In the present study, sample size is large (100) and there is no indication of a clear direction of difference.it has been found that school teachers significantly differ in attitude towards educational administration. The lower attitude towards educational administration in rural-govt. school teachers is due to lack of skill, leadership/decision making capacity and effectiveness and improper infrastructure which provide a change in managerial ideology, a good level of personal relationship and democratic school environment.
