Abstract

Large scale of pesticides caused a lot of ecological and environmental problems, among which, the effect of pesticides on biodiversity was most important. In this paper, an overview of the pesticides effect on biodiversity in farming areas, including the community structure of insects, effect of soil erosion, structure and fertility, soil microorganisms, positive and negative aspects of biodiversity on farming areas and the measures of protecting biodiversity in farming areas were also put forward
