Abstract

Though the diagnosing of TB is best confirmed by demonstration of AFB in clinical samples of patients, it should not be attainable just in case of extrapulmonary T.B. like TB of meninx, genito-urinary tract, gastro-intestinal tract and skeleton, smear negative TB, follow up throughout therapy and in case-finding surveys. immunologic tool (5) provide new prospects for the event of a selected medical science check. many assays supported the detection of antibodies or antigens in liquid body substance or alternative body fluids are reportable.
