A STUDY OF JOB STRESS, SATISFACTION AND ADJUSTMENT OF FACULTY WORKING IN PRIVATE MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES AND PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN DELHI/NCR

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Job Stress, Satisfaction and Adjustment of faculty in private management institutes and universities in Delhi/NCR. In the present study survey method of research was employed to find out the degree of job stress, satisfaction and adjustment of male and female faculty in private management institutes and universities in Delhi/NCR. A purposive sampling technique was used and 120 faculty working in private institutes and universities were selected as subject for the study. t-test statistical technique was used to compare job Stress, satisfaction and adjustment of faculty. Recommendations and suggestions are offered along with the findings and conclusions
