Abstract

A social entrepreneur with an innovative idea and a dedicated mind transforms the world for better. Social entrepreneurship has always grabbed the attention of researchers due to its novelty and uniqueness. It contributes positivity to the societal development in ways more than one. Encouraging women to become entrepreneurs and to give them moral support and required training in skill development and product marketing has changed the role of women in business and in the society. This study discusses the quintessential role of women in social entrepreneurship.
