Abstract

Brand Image is one of the most crucial element that decides the future of any brand, be it a product, service or an organization. Brand Image of an organization is largely shaped by the practices that are followed. Further these practices play a vital role in customer satisfaction. The present study empirically identifies the relation between brand image and the service quality elements at multispecialty hospitals in Nashik city. The study was conducted on 50 randomly selected patients of seven multispecialty hospitals. The data was gathered using a structured questionnaire and analysed using SPSS 17. Data analysis reveals that all the elements of service quality have a positive relationship with brand image.
