Abstract

Primary Health Centre is a first contact point between the community and the qualified Medical officer, so it is regarded as the cornerstone of the rural health services, with the existence of Primary Health Centre at their disposal rural population have an opportunity to seek treatment and examine by professional doctors and medical staff that really makes them aware about the availability and accessibility of Primary Health Centre at the remote rural areas.
