IMPACT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS PRACTICES ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATION CULTURE IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES IN BHUTAN

Abstract

Bhutan a mountain country has its unique Buddhist culture of peace and is known for its calm, cool and harmonious environment. In the present study, an effort has been made to study the industrial relations practices, employee satisfaction levels and organizational culture in manufacturing companies of Bhutan. Findings of the study have shown very positive in terms of having a positive unidirectional relationship between Industrial Relations and Employee Satisfaction and Industrial Relations and Organization Culture in manufacturing industries in Bhutan. At the same time level of satisfaction among the employees was also high and organizational culture impact was reflecting in their involvement and consistency in performance.
