EQUITY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS OF TOP FIVE IT COMPANIES USING TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

Investment in Equity stocks are being considered by the people as the most profitable investment avenue among all the financial assets. As the equity investment is subjected to risk factors one has to evaluate the performance of the shares using fundamental and technical analysis. The present study tries to analyze the performance of top five IT companies share by using the relative strength Index, a technical analytical tool to assess whether top five IT shares are overpriced or underpriced. The results of the study tells us that there are ‘touches’ and ‘peaks’ which indicates right time to buy and sell the stocks.
