Abstract

Abstract While accepting the engagement, as many believe, is ‘one-step up’ from commitment, it is clearly in the organisation’s interests to understand the drivers of engagement. The study measured employees’ perceptions of their organization’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) using the Per¬ceived Corporate Social Responsibility (PCSR) scale which compared with their Job Engagement Scale (JES). The main purpose of the study is to find out the employees’ perception on corporate social responsibility in Indian context and to study the relationship between PCSR factors with JES factors. A structured questionnaire distributed among 90 employees who are working in ITES sector. SPSS used to analysis the collected data. Factor analysis and multi variance analysis used for the testing of hypotheses. The study finds that there is a statistically significant interrelationship between employees’ perceptions on Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility factors and Job Engagement factors.
