Language a means of communication that binds and build society. It is common and fundamental phenomenon that the people in the world feels difficulty to acquire the communication skill to communicate in foreign language. In India, Hindi the National language but English is the official language, hence people in India ought learn English for Administrative and other official matters. Indians are not the native speakers of English but for them it is inevitable to learn English.
