Abstract

The productivity of the work force is the most decisive factor as far as the success of an organization is concerned. The productivity in turn is dependent on the psychosocial well being of the employees. Every day, in every walk of life, we come across stress. As much as people wish for stress free life. Such a task would be impossible to achieve. Stress is a part and parcel of our lives.
