Abstract

Whistle Blowing is officially defined as making any sort of disclosure that has got some public interest. In other words, bringing out something that is against the larger good of the public is Whistle Blowing. Although not as high profile as public sector whistle blowing, whistle blowing in the private sector is arguably more prevalent and suppressed in society today. This is so because private corporations usually have stricter regulations that suppress potential whistleblowers. Various policies have been made to encourage the whistle blowers to come out and complaint without any risk and fear.
