Abstract

Abstract The objectives of the research are to explore the potential and the leading capacity of MSME, to identify factors constraining and supporting MSME success and to formulate MSME empowerment model as well as to understand the formulation of effective monitoring and evaluation for MSME developmentEntrepreneurship refers to the act of setting up a new business or reviving an existingbusiness so as to take advantages from new opportunities. An entrepreneur is a personwho starts an enterprise. He searches for change and responds to it. A number ofdefinitions have been given of an entrepreneur- The economists view him as a fourth factor of production along with land labour and capital.
