Abstract

Osteoporosis is a prevalent condition characterized by decreased bone mineral density (BMD), leading to increased fracture risk, particularly among postmenopausal women due to hormonal changes. Strength training has been recognized as an effective non-pharmacological intervention to enhance bone health by stimulating bone formation and reducing bone resorption.
