Abstract

This research centers on expatriates from Multinational Companies (MNCs) who have undertaken international assignments at least once during their careers. The study employs the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) framework to assess the significance of support activities, particularly cross-cultural training provided by the company, as well as support from mentors, coaches, and colleagues in the host country.
