Abstract

The study sought to understand how consumer behaviour was evolving. Consumer behaviour is the study of how consumers behave as they look for, buy, use, evaluate, and discard goods and services they believe will meet their needs. This aids manufacturers in comprehending how consumers make decisions. Inductive research methodology and interpretation were both used by the researcher.
