Abstract

In this work, we report on the synthesis and characterization of Bis[2-N-phenyl imino-3-phenyl-4-(p-dihydroxy phenyl)-thiazoline]-containing transition metal complexes of Ni(II), Co(II), and Cu(II). In an ethanolic solution, metal salts and the ligand in 1:2 molar ratio in ethanolic medium are treated to give complexes in the range of 77-81%.
