Abstract

This paper attempts to explore the impact of family socialization on the work-values and conception of work of women employees in West Bengal. Currently, employers are realizing that for enhancing positive work-culture in the organizations- ‘there is a substantial need for prosocial behaviour and interpersonal interactions within and among organizations’ (Desivilya, Sabag, & Ashton, 2006).
