Abstract

The study on employee attrition has been conducted to help the organization to understand the employees’ perception towards the company and the factors that make the employees feel satisfied and dissatisfied in a better manner so that the organization can take some appropriate measures to decrease the inevitable intention to attrition and retain the employees by satisfying through few appropriate measures.
