Abstract

The percentage of women employed in a state or nation's total workforce is known as female workforce participation. In addition to India, women make up a significant portion of the workforce worldwide. Women are prevented from moving on to better opportunities because of inadequate infrastructure services like marketing, institutional credit, and input supply.
