Abstract

Working to preserve the environment and protect resources is critical for today’s world. The green movement across the globe has given rise to the concept of GHRM or ‘green human resource management. Excess consumption, exploitation, and deterioration of natural resources certainly harm the organization's ability to be sustainable. There are a lot of pressing environmental issues that we face today, such as global warming, air pollution, and climate change.
