Abstract

The present study focuses on necessity of gaining strength for light weight Judokas of Indian continent. We took 10 subjects (Judokas who have participated in nationals or above level of Judo tournaments) belongs to different districts of state of Haryana. The subject’s participated in study voluntarily. They were tested inside fitness centre of their respective training centres. The subjects shown enough level of confidence and motivation through-out the process of data collection.
