Abstract

Quick access to essential health care services is one of the basic and most important need of any citizen of India. Sometimes for an individual who is unable to get the access to these services it could mean a condition of life and death unfortunately quick access to health care was not possible government hospitals. In 1980s government Hospital was the only option for health issues due to nonexistence of any other category of super speciality or corporate hospitals in India .Mortality rate was very high on those days and people use to die over small health issue due to non availability of admission facility in government hospitals.
