Abstract

The aim of the present investigation was to analyze the mental health and job satisfaction of male and female teacher educators teaching in self-finance institutions in Ghaziabad district. For this purpose, a sample of 500 teacher educators, analyzing of 250 male and 250 female teachers educators from each type of institutions affiliated to C.C.S University, Meerut were selected randomly. Mental health check-list (MHC) has been prepared by Dr. Pramod kumar, Department of Psychology, Sardar Patel University and teacher's job satisfaction scale (TJJSS) has been prepared by Dr. Sushil Prakash Gupta.
