Abstract

India is still a developing country and a large number of populations is not able access formal financial services. In order to provide easy access to formal financial services to the population Digital Financial Inclusion is important. It does not require physical banking units and formal financial services can be accessed using a mobile device and internet connection. The recent developments in digital technology in the country seems to be a solution to the issues faced previously. Emerging digital service providers and digital financial services can help in making the country financially inclusive at reduced costs.
