Abstract

Assessment of grass diversity was carried out in order to decipher the different grass varieties in the Koraput district of Odisha during pre-monsoon, monsoon and post-monsoon seasons in the year 2020-21. Frequency, density, abundance as well as Shannon Weiner species diversity index, Index of Dominance were estimated. While inventorying the grass diversity about 26 grass species belong to 18 genera were documented.
