Abstract

This paper tries to understand and investigate the relationship between motivational factors such as incentives reward recognition and management interest on the productivity of sales force in insurance sectors. As we know the motivation is needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process which create stimulation among employees in the organization to take actions to accomplish the organizational goals. Motivation and productivity are the two pillars of Organizational development.
