The ACE Inhibitors [ 1 ] are developed and utilized, from the time when the knowledge of structure of human ACE was not known. These Inhibitors are instead, initially designed based on assumed mechanical homology with carboxypeptidase A. At present the X-Ray structure of human ACE are available. So, it becomes necessary to know the binding of theses ACE Inhibitors with the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme [ 2 ], to check the necessary faults in proper diagnostic care unit. The human ACE “Protein (PDB ID - 1O8A) – Crystal Structure of human Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (Native)” was taken from the protein data bank [ 3 ]. This crystal structure was first ever deposited and released in July, 2003 by Natesh, Schwager and others [ 4 ].
