Abstract

Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs) are the medication used for the treatment of high blood pressure, diabetic and cardiovascular problems. These drug molecules are available since long, although the structure of the protein was not available / known at that time. These Angiotensin Receptor Blocker [ 1 ] molecules are instead, initially designed based on assumed mechanical homology with carboxypeptidase A. At present the X-Ray structure of human Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) are available. So, it becomes necessary to know the binding profile of these Angiotensin Receptor Blockers with the Angiotensin Converting Enzyme, to check the necessary faults in proper diagnostic unit
