Abstract

The domination of technology in all aspects is leading to a scenario where the work and life of an individual is totally dependent on it. The introduction of Artificial Intelligence has further increased the dependency upon technology. All organizations big or small are getting engaged in technology-based environment thereby enhancing their workforce and profitability. The present research basically discusses the influencing factors of human resource information system and artificial intelligence by using survey methods and components varimax rotated methods used as data analysis.
