Abstract

Work Life Balance refers to an effective balance between work life and personal life. Maintenance of a prudent balance in our life, leads to achievement of a healthy environment which enables the individuals to balance the work and personal responsibilities and thus develop reliability and increase productivity among the employees which in turn it helps to reduce stress, conflict among the workers and Management and it paves way for better career development. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the work life balance among the women faculties of arts & science colleges in Erode District an attempt to examine the dimensions of work-life balance like family support, Work Environment and work-life balance provisions.
