Abstract

Appropriate Training and Development of the workforce on the organization performance is an emerging research area and I did research study on the same with the objectives to find out the awareness and understanding the impact of Training and Development in professional life in IT, banking and public sector and to suggest these sectors the different ways of dealing with different types of workforce.
