Abstract

The present paper aims to assess the emotional intelligence among the employees of higher educational institutions in Haryana. To measure the emotional intelligence a standardized scale is used which includes sixteen variables. Total 350 participants employed in higher education institutions from Haryana are included in the present study. To examine the emotional intelligence descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test is used on the basis nature of employment and sector of employment.
