Abstract

This empirical research studies and analyzes the role of employee engagement in private banking sector. In this research we focus upon the factors which will play an important role for the measurement of employee engagement. The objective of this research is to find out the current working culture and how employees are engaged with their organization. Also we try to find out how employees are satisfied with their current job and company. For this research we collect the data from the leading private bank in India and the responds are the current employees of those banks. With the help of mean we analyze the engagement level of employees with respect to their banks. By which we are able to analyze the work place, team and how they feel about their organization.
