Abstract

Levels of stress can be measured. One way is through the use of psychological testing. This method of measuring stress is currently the most popular method in the clinic. Stress management has physiological and immune benefits. Positive outcomes are observed using a combination of non-drug interventions. Stress Management refers to the wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's levels of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning. Stress produces numerous symptoms which vary according to persons, situations, and severity. These can include physical health decline as well as depression. The process of stress management is named as one of the keys to a happy and successful life in modern society.
