Abstract
Godrej appliances, Shirwal manufactured different home appliances. In my in-plant training there is chance to work at the washing machine department under the guidance of head of department of washing machine line. During my training we found some major issues during the production. There are some cutting injuries and manpower fatigue at the riveting stage. So there is some implementation at these stage by using Kaizen System. These system reduces the cutting injuries and production loss at these stage
