Abstract
Economists speak an entrepreneur act as a coordinating agent in a capital economy. This coordination takes the forms of resources being diverted towards the new potential opportunities. An entrepreneur is an individual who, rather than working as an employee, runs a small business and assumes all the risks and rewards after given business ventures, idea, all goods or services offered for sales. A young entrepreneur means someone who undertakes something, used to mean someone who owns or runs a business. The young people and males are more likely to be self-employed. It also indicates that self-employment is inter-generationallytransmitted. This paper aims to study the motivating factor behind young entrepreneur.
