Abstract
Leadership and motivation are two sides of the same coin. A leader with change management skills can successfully steer a team, department through any kind of metamorphosis. Leadership and motivation are the main factors in bringing positive change to the organisation. If there is no leadership in the organisation, they will not be able to change in the direction they desire and could experience negative change instead. This research intends to explain effective leadership and motivation and how it can bring positive change that helps the organisation to improve and to be innovative in the current environment.
