Abstract
India is emerging medical tourism destination; there are five major cities in India where foreigners as well as Indian are used to come for treatment. Besides medical treatment, persons who came along with the patients visit the nearby place and enjoy Indian hospitality. In many cases after treatment patients also visit the nearby tourist places. This article is about the scenario of medical tourism in India and its impact on Indian economy.
