Abstract
The present study was conducted to evaluate and compare the sensory attributes of organically and conventionally grown fruits. Selected fruits namely mango (raw and ripe), sapota, amla, lemon, guava, custard apple, banana, papaya, and jamun were subjected to sensory evaluation using a trained panel.
