Abstract
A one-year-old male child presented with massive splenomegaly with hepatomegaly, evaluated and managed by Unani medicines at the Paediatric Unani OPD of Majeedia Unani Hospital. The child initially came with the complain of vomiting after having anything, abdominal pain with distension, on subsequent follow-ups revealing changing liver size
