Abstract
In today’s fast paced life, where people are time constrained, convenience plays a significant role in almost all spheres of life. Food is no more an exception. Several socio -demographic, cultural, Economic and lifestyle factors have modified the food related lifestyle of Indian consumers in the recent past.
